The staff were genuinely friendly and super helpful. They offered our family a free upgrade on arrival. The pool facility was well thought out, totally clean, well maintained. The location was excellent. The rooms were huge, spotlessly clean, the beds were latex and very comfortable. The pillows were a bit large for western heads. The surroundings were a fantastic tropical paradise, quiet, peaceful, and I could easily stay for a month. The highlight of the trip for my family.
only the pillows which were a bit big.

The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, nestled into the tree-covered hills around Kep, yet only a 5-minute walk to the sea shore. The beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel create a serene and peaceful ambiance, perfect for relaxation.
Everything was fantastic, nothing to improve.

Very nice hotel compound in the green. Very clean.
The room charge is relatively high compared to similar accomodations in the region. However, the rooms do not offer TV, safe or mini-bar.

This was a really nice and quiet resort with a beautiful garden, you could see the butterflies flying around in the garden in the morning. We had a really nice seaview from our balcony, but it is only about four apartments that have sea view. The pool was really nice and everyday there was a man cleaning the pool, he did a really good work. The staff were really nice and the girls cleaning our room always put flowers on our bed and did something nice with the new towels (they put the towel with the form of a flower or a heart). The resort was situated close to the main beach (even tough we never went there to swim). At the main beach you are able to eat food or rent a motorbike. Many of the other resorts were situated a bit far from the beach. We would also like to recommend the carb at Kimly restaurant.
There is still some things that need to be improved with the resort. We had some problems with the booking through Booked.net. First the man at the reception didn't know what room we had booked and then the room did not match to the description of Booked.net. There was no double bed as we had booked (we had to take the twin) and there was no bathtub in the bathroom (the deluxe room). We asked the man for compensation and he gave us a free dinner, that was nice of him. Our room was a little bit dirty, but it was ok. a minus was that the room didn't have a wardrobe. The breakfast was not one of the best we tasted, but for us it was okay. Sometimes they had problems to get us the food and drinks we ordered and they gave us the wrong order. The food in the restaurant was okay, but it would be nice to have some sauce to the rice. The kitchen and restaurant could improve. Many times they did not light up the way for us to our room during evenings so we had to turn on the lights all the way up, ourselves. It would be nice if they did this before we got back in the evening. When we were to leave they told us we had to pay for our room with cash even though bookings.com said that they accepted visa and master card. Luckily we were able to solve the situation. Even though the service need improvement, we would still recommend this resort and we will absolutely come back again if we have the chance. If you are prepared to pay a little bit more money for the room, we would suggest you to stay at veranda resort because they got better rooms and better pool than spring valley but the garden is not as nice as spring valley.

This hotel is nestled into the tree-covered hills around Kep, creating an oasis of tranquility. Despite this secluded location, it's only a 5-minute walk to the sea shore, allowing guests to enjoy both the beauty of the valley of the Kep National Park and the stunning coastline. The resort's beautiful gardens enhance the overall ambiance, providing a calming and serene environment. The rooms, especially those on the 3rd floor of an independent building amongst lovely gardens, offer great views of the surrounding greenery. Additionally, the breakfast at this hotel is a treat, with outstanding homemade breads that are a true delight to eat.
All was perfect in this hotel.

The location of the resort is perfect for families with kids. It is situated right next to a small national park, providing opportunities for outdoor activities and nature exploration. the resort is just a short walk away from the beach, allowing families to easily enjoy a day at the seaside. the close proximity to the crab market is also a plus, as it offers numerous restaurant options for a delicious seafood feast.
The resort does not have wifi in the rooms. this can be easily overcome as wifi is available in the common areas such as the pool and bar.

The location of the resort is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and other restaurants in the area. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the pier and right next to the national park, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings.
The room lacked a refrigerator, which would have been a nice addition for storing drinks and snacks.

Swimming pool, location, size of rooms. We stayed in the wooden house, which is very simple and might not be to everybody's liking but there is a range of accommodation options.
The shower is a typical Asian style one, very close to the toilet.
